Most people want to “feel better.”
I did something different:
I tracked the actions that gave me clarity, energy, and peace every single day.
Instead of:
❌ “Today I feel better than yesterday.”
✅ “Today I read 15 pages, walked 7,000 steps, meditated for 20 minutes, and earned $250 from my side project.”
At first, these might look like random things on a to-do list.
But they’re not.
Each one fits into a bigger system:
📚 Mind → Learn
🏋🏽 Body → Move
🕊️ Soul → Grow
💵 Money → Build
Hence, the 4 habits.

The Challenge
Every day for 4 weeks,
do at least one habit from each of these 4 areas:
Mind - Body - Soul - Money
That's it.
Rules
1. Start today: tomorrow is never coming, today is tomorrow.
2. Start small: begin with minimal effort and gradually increase the volume over time.
3. Keep it simple: choose any habits to start with; you can always replace them later.
4. Look at the big picture: missing few days is not the end of the world.
5. Integrate the challenge into your daily routine. Here is an example:
